Crime Mob Rocks, Waves, Sips at Sway

Last night, Mass Appeal Magazine and Roxy Cottontail brought Crime Mob to Sway to celebrate the magazine’s latest issue release. After sets by DJs Karamel, Klever, and JM, Crime Mob cleared a booth and kicked things off with “Knuck if You Buck” before getting into songs off of their sophomore album, Hated On Mostly, all while dozens of waving posters reminded us to cop the album on March 20th. Princess and Diamond led the performance through “Rock Yo Hips,” the album’s first single, “Stilettos,” and “Georgia Girls” while M.I.G. and Cyco Black backed it up in the booth. After a speaker blew out, Crime Mob went acapella, and we realized why Sway doesn’t host ATL crunk more often.
